Really homely and welcoming friendly staff and really clean the bed is extremely comfortable and it's quiet to say its really close to the road would highly recommend this and when I stay in Derby it's going to be my hotel to stay at great place!!
Think this place is absolutely amazing, nice bedroom lovely bed, staff was very helpful :)
No ensuite. No bar. No evening meals. Paper thin walls. Not recommended. Should be a guest house, not a hotel

A nice friendly welcome from the owner . Room compact but very comfortable,had to share bathroom which was very clean no problems . All staff very friendly .breakfast was great so much choice .would definitely recommend
