Stayed in the place for a week found staff lovely food was good wud go back any time
Clean, good location, friendly staff, discounts at local restaurants and a great price. Free on the street parking over night, which was a bonus.
A bit dated in decor. Warm rooms and comfortable beds. Spotless sheets and towels.
Our 3 night stay was very pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast is delicious. Stayed as a couple in a double room.
Good location for shopping, about a 15 min walk to the centre. 8 parking for hotel guests overnight which is good. Hotel not that impressive, definitely needs updating and decorating. Our room was not particularly clean, cigarette ash on the carpet among other things. Dirty glasses and mugs etc. Lift also out of order. Love Derby but wouldn't stay here again.
