At the hotel for a training day. The training room was nice with good desks and seats, nice view over Derby and the food at lunch was excellent. Would recommend it
The room was amazing, air con, comfy beds clean tidy and top class staff. The inconvenience of no car park is solved by a reduced rate on a multi storey which was close but not the happiest of trips in the rain to or from the car parking facilities.
Disappointing. Uninspiring view from the room. Picture attached. No other rooms available. Poor standards in the bathroom. Pictures attached. Meal in restaurant dry & unappetizing. Staff friendly. Room modern. Location excellent for train station, town & takeaways. When you don't want to eat in the hotel!
I wonder if the hotel has changed management as it was a much better stay than wnen i was there last several years ago. When I checked in, the gal at the desk seemed genuinely interested in finding me a good room. All the staff were polite and helpful. The room was very clean and fresh. The food for our workshop was excellent and the room for the workshop was a good venue.
Near to city centre and bus park. Across the road from shopping centre. Staff friendly and very helpful. Clean and comfy rooms.
