Very good for stay in Derby. Pleasant staff and room comfortable and spotlessly clean.
I booked a wet room for my mother following the hotels own booking procedure. It was confirmed. When we arrived for our stay it had been allocated to someone else. My mother was unable to shower following a nine hour journey. It is very unlikely we will stay in a Premier Inn again.
High standard of the rooms to compare to prices. Enjoed to spend night here. Quiet and tidy place. Big car park and nice resteurant on site. Ill be looking for premier inn when Ill be traveling across UK.
Just having my excellent breakfast at the ousthouse restaurant South derby attached to premier inn as I write this review. Our stay has been nothing but excellent. Hotel beds, rooms clean comfortable and roomy . Hotel staff welcoming and polite. The Ousthouse , from the moment we walked in for evening meal the staff so attentive and polite and our food was hot and tasty. Then breakfast all I can say is excellent again staff so polite, very attentive and our waitress Ruth she made our breakfast experience so delightful. Keep it up. Definitely be visiting again.
Arrived at the Premier Inn after a very long drive and the Receptionist was brilliant. I was with a group with Disabilities and nothing was too much trouble even making sure that the most Disabled had been put in Rooms on the Ground Floor. We ate in the Restaurant in the evening and had breakfast next door and the Food was Excellent and reasonably priced. Dont forget to ask for the Special which included Breakfast. Vanessa on Reception went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble and also the Bar and Waiting staff were very courteous in the Restaurant. Overall a very enjoyable stay and if I was in the Area again and needed to stay overnight I would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you
