Fantastic place to go! Fabulous staff and beautiful surrounding inside, very clean, tidy and professional.
We've stayed quite a few times at the Aston Court and never had a bad experience. The place is good value, rooms are homely and comfortable and staff always have been friendly and helpful. Well located by the station with a short and pleasant walk to the main shopping area through the modern housing developments.Secure parking is also on site at no extra charge. A great spot if visiting Derby.
You get what you pay for, I would say. It definitely did see better times, but still a nice place. It was a clean room, only my tea kettle was quite yuck (there was still water in it which had a weird color) and I wouldnt drink out of it. The lights didnt work properly and the bathroom door wouldnt stay open. Other than that, I was satisfied with my room, considering the low price.I was quite pleased with the check-in / check-out experience. It was quick and compared to other hotels very uncomplicated.
