There was no hard sell and the coffee and biscuits always made us feel welcome. We got a great deal and the whole process went through extremely quickly. I bought a new car from them and, in addition to having the best offer of the ones I've received, the service that Marina and her colleagues have provided has been great.Everything was explained to me, both over the phone, on the email and in person, and the experience of going and picking up my new car has been excellent as well (very good coffee too). First class experience all round. Plenty of time for the test drive. Car was as described and in superb condition. Marina was very professional and friendly - and nothing too much trouble. I picked up the car at the end of the week and the handover was made very special, which was quite a surprise from previous experiences elsewhere.Nice touch at the end when Marina's manager popped out to see me off as well. All in all - very impressed.
