Just bought my second car from Abbey Court Another BMW 5 series tourer.I found the staff especially Kieron to be really professional, helpful and not pushy at all. I was buying a first car on behalf of my daughter and saw a suitable one advertised at Abbey Court Car Sales in Derby.I hate buying used cars but Ceiran made the process very easy. There was no pressure to buy the car, or purchase any 'add ons'.I was given the keys and left alone to have a look around the car and start it up. I decided I was interested and again, with no pressure, was left to take it for a test drive on my own.The purchase process was quick and efficient and I went back later the same day to collect the car.I'm very happy with the experience and the car (so far) and would definitely recommend Abbey Court Car Sales to others and I will definitely look to use them again when I replace my own car.
Bought a convertible Astra from them for a great price. The service was great, no pressure and Kieran was a legend explained everything necessary and beyond. And made decent cup of coffee.Great selection of cars and professional set up, furthermore had issue woth car week or so later and they went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Already have to number of people and would highly recommend to anyone!!
