Service technician can identify which component is failing by my describing the issue, but because its intermittent and they havent reproduced it themselves they wont go any further than driving it up the road and back.I must make up conditions with my car with the sole intention of wasting my time and the dealers time. Oh, wait - no, they didnt even bother investigating the iPhone issue for which theres actually a published Mazda TSB.
