Jemima at the used car sales section was brilliant. We knew what sort of fiesta we wanted and she found it right away. She was friendly and helpful and made the buying experience a pleasure. We even got a years free warranty in a Christmas cracker ( and a free crown to go with it ) The price of the car was good and the sales pitch for extra was not pushy, just informative.Absolutely spot on
Abolute disgrace ! Refused to fix several warranty issues. Consistently spoken to poorly. Threatened with large bills. Damaged my car when in for a repair and told to go through my insurance. Avoid at all cost

Quick Lane, the fast fit arm of TCH Ford is a pleasure to use. Obliging and friendly staff make having your car looked after a pleasant experience. Efficient and with very reasonable pricing Quick Lane is a safe and reliable service centre for your car. Despite free, horrible coffee there's an awful lot to like. I thoroughly recommend them.
Always cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately this weekend the computer systems are down for upgrade, so I was unable to change details. That said they are still running systems.
