Went to look for my first car here, salesman did not listen to my opinion and tried to push me to get a PCP/a brand new car. He was very condescending and rude, I would rate 0 stars if it was possible.
I found the dealership very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. General manager Jason and sales advisor Eoin were both a pleasure to deal with and happy to take the time to explain all the detail thoroughly. Upon arrival at the dealership I was made to feel very welcome, a refreshing change to other brands. This is my 3rd SEAT in a row and I'd say this is the best dealership I've dealt with so far.
Had to chase them multiple times regarding a warranty claim, to then finally be told after 2 weeks that SEAT have rejected it?Contacted another dealership who have acknowledged that it is a common issue that SEAT are aware of and that it is covered under warranty - part ordered and awaiting fitting.This dealer doesn't seem to be interested in helping the customer unless it involves them getting money out of it.Will not be using again.
Andrew Lawrence, a used car salesman, who breaks the stereotypical mould. A nice chap who gives you the facts and helps you decide between the various options. Doing his job well but not over pushy. Great experience which resulted in a sale with both parties happy.
Very BAD SERVICE! Was given incorrect information over the phone! I specifically asked on two occasions before coming down if I would be able to drive away the same day and both sale members said YES! I drove down 2 and half hours to be told NO I can't! And the sales member did not try & rectify THERE mistake! I explained I couldn't come up again, & could they deliver It, which they said yes but with additional cost! You'd think if you misinform your customer you'd offer a discount instead of making me pay an additional 70! Along with that I was misinformed TWICE that the cars road tax was 20 but when I arrived it was actually 140! Along with that had to deal with Andrew who wasn't apologetic at all, and not flexible nor would he meet me half way. Seat being such a big showroom, you would think there Sales Team were properly trained & looked after there customers to keep them happy when THEY GOT IT WRONG ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS! IT SEEMS THEY DIDN'T WANT MY SALE AND WERE NOT TOO FUSSED TBH. But it cost me 50 on fuel and a day off work! Very disappointed at service received!
