Took my car in for a Bluetooth fault before Xmas and was told they changed the Mic but the fault was still there and car had to be booked in for a full day, which I did only to be told they couldn't find what was wrong but they had decided to order 'some parts', 3 weeks and numerous calls to the service dept, I'm still waiting for the parts to come in! I wouldn't go there unless I was forced to but the car's still under warranty so I HAVE to use them
Used to be good service and have bought many cars from this branch but recently, changes have been made and service has suffered. My car has been in twice for the same fault and I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for 'a part to come in stock. No help what so ever from the service team or management
After deciding it was time to change my car and needing something with considerable space for 3 young children and a dog I decided to look at a Grand Picasso at Citroen in Derby. Jason Lord was helpful of knowledgeable and I picked up my car a week later. I have had a couple of small issues with it. No problem. Emailed Jason who replied within minutes and the service team called me within an hour. Sarah looked after me on Friday (12/01) and was brilliant. Courtesy car and all problems covered by warranty. Helpful, pleasant staff who in my opinion treat the customer well. Thank you for making my experience (after some very negative experiences with other dealerships!) a good one.
Very poor. Had an appointment. Left after 30 minutes of waiting. Had to give 1 star to post but actually deserve 0 stars
Great service. Brought a car last week and Jason was extremely helpful and continually went out of his way to help make sure I was 100% happy. Everyone was very friendly and offered genuine advice. I will be sure to recommend and will definitely point them Jasons way. Thank you very much for my new car!
