I've been a patient here for about 15 years if not longer. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment at some point because i do it mostly on line and if i do ring up for 1 it is just after 8am when it's the best time to ring. Yes there can sometimes be a wait but what do you expect when they've got hundreds of patients on their books. I can also ask for a call back from the doctor if there isn't any need to go to the surgery.The receptionist's are friendly and have been very helpful. You have to understand that they need to ask questions when needing an appointment, they don't do it for the sake of it, it's their job to ask.The nurses are good and so are the doctors i have seen.When Dr Gould left there was a change in the doctors but now i'd say after a couple of years things have settled down again and the doctors that are there now are great. There's a couple of female doctors now which is good.
They make you feel like cattle
I've always had excellent care here. Very busy, just like the rest of the NHS, but they are working hard. Can be difficult to get an appointment sometimes, but this is not unusual given how underfunded healthcare is. Sometimes the staff can sound a bit uninterested, but that's normal. Everyone has a bad day now and then, cut them some slack - they are working very hard in a difficult job.I've been a patient with them for about 15 years, and have no complaints.
The reception staff are so rude. And when adviser on a Wed by hosp to call in docs to see them the following week they say we can't do that ring on the day at 8 when u can never get threw
Staff are horrendous.. this surgery use to care about patience's.. but since two GP's left they don't care anymore.. Its all about how quick they can get you in and out their way
