Don't care for patients
It's not the best building for a doctors surgery. The waiting rooms are rammed and hard to Navigate with a pram. The walls Upstairs are thin and you can hear the doctor talking to the patient in their room. Everything is aged. Worst of all. Is you need to explain everything to the receptionist before you can see a doctor. As well as being a horrible experience, someone with no medical training is assessing you over the phone. God help them if they ever get it wrong and something bad happens. We've had argument getting an appointment before. 3 stars as doctors when you get to them are OK. Facilities and reception staff let them down a lot.
Staff very attentive and helpful (I haven't seen a doctor but have seen a nurse twice).No issues getting an appointment - in comparison to my previous surgery the waiting time for appointments is good.Anyone that expects a same/next day routine appointment ANYWHERE these days probably needs to consider emigration.
No one ever answers the phone,pointless!!
