Pointless having a phone in the surgery nobody picks it up to make an appointment I ring at 8am after 60 calls no answer still busy or phone off the hook 8:50am eventually get though no DR available what a joke at reception

absolutely the worst practice i have ever had the misfortune to visit. The receptionist 'kadija' seems to feel its her dad's private enterprise and we owe her for visiting the place. horrible place.
New to the sergary ..missed my first appointment due to family emergency ...tried to call ... revived a patronising letter in the post...called to explain ...met with a stuck up idiot who repeated her self about 15 times no apology for the appalling letter sent an no empathy for my situation ... very unprofessional staff no people skills at all!
Very bad service as i have ring in morning to get emergency appointments and that I could bot get one more than a week attitude staff never whant to see a doctor or a practice like that big mees don't respect ther customers just bad do not recommend to familt with kids bad!!!!!!
