Very rude receptionist l spoke to unfortunately can't disclose names but will be making a formal complaint.
Worst surgery ever. Waiting times are horrendous and just to get an appointment takes forever. Staff are rude, one of the receptionists said to me "If you are not happy here go find a different surgery".
The surgery and telephone lines are always busy but now they have enabled online booking and set up drop in clinics its so much simpler. I cant complain especially considering the volume of patients they have.
I wanted to evaluate zero stars but apparently there is no way to do that. I'm not a doctor but to be fair I don't really think that someone really is in the "surgery"...without considering the delight you have trying to get things sorted with the top notch human cases working in the rest of the facility. If you have time to waste and health to loose this is the place you want to hit!!
My partner and myself have had very good service here from the reception to doctors and nurses. Very easy to book convenient future appointments online. If you have an urgent need to see the doctor? You can be seen quickly at 07.30am without appointment. I guess a lot of people have unrealistic expectations for a service most do not even contribute towards.
