Have recently moved from the Park Medical Practice in Borrowash who were absolutely brilliant! This is possibly the WORST surgery ever! Never any appointments, only ever one appointment available to book online which is always in about 3-4 weeks time which is obviously no good!! We are moving doctors already they are so so bad. When I first moved they refused to give me an appointment for chest pains, I later ended up in A+E to have bloods and ECG. What if it was something serious? This practice put peoples lives at risk because they simply cannot be bothered to fulfill their duty of care to patients. Shocking

Awful service, rang up to get booster injections no help from anyone. They said I should have called 6 weeks before but I only booked holiday a week ago as a last minute deal so what can I do??
You can never get through. Usually "You are 14th". They never listen to your request even face to face. Does "lock pharmacy" sound like coleman st. Would not recommend them to anyone.
I would like to say having experiencing other surgeries in the area that our family have always received an excellent service from this surgery. We can always get an appointment and if not on that day at the latest th ollieinh day. The GP"s are friendly and the reception staff are always happy and go the extra mile to sort any extra information needed. Keep up the good work we appreciate your friendliness and professionalism :)
