Pushy staff could not walk around store in peace without them following and interfering ended up leaving and buying a suite from D&M
Purchased 2 sofas from this place and have always received the best customer service possible. Never had an issue. I'm not a fan on the sticky pads used for laminate flooring as they occasion come off when the sofa is moved but apart from that the products are excellent.

Excellent staff, super polite and knowledgeable. They asked us if we needed help and then left us alone until we were ready to talk to them about a sofa we were interested in.Purchased the sofa and it is fantastically comfortable.The delivery time did slip a couple of weeks but the sofa was well worth the wait.Would go back again.
