I arrived at the store today to find it was closed.. yet online it states it is open until 5pm.I am a very unhappy customer!!I purchased a brand new corner sofa back in June so this is only just coming up to 6 months old.. I have also been trying to resolve my issue for a good number of weeks now.. My sofa has sunk in 2 corners so when you sit on it, it tilts you sideways. Having called them up they send a technician to have a look, they ensured me that the sofa will be restored back to how it should be. He discovered that a lining within the seats was missong, indicating a manufacturing defect. So I have been sold a faulty sofa....A second technician has also looked at the sofa and conculded that any further attempts of repairing the sofa will be futile unless tottally replaced. I am now at the mercy of the store and the manufacturer to get their act together and either replace the faulty sofa or give me a full refund.Situation on going.I never knew purchasing a new sofa would be so stressful.
Couldn't be happier with my experience. Had my ottoman bed delivered and built (which didn't cost much at all!). They were in and out in a heartbeat, didn't make a mess and so far bed has been spot on. Both the girls I spoke to there were friendly but not pushy. 10/10
Very Poor Customer Service.Bought a bed with hard earned money.Assembly instructions are poor with missing information.Assembling is very difficult,they want you to assemble drawers as well unlike other bed providers.No store number of local store,they give you a head office number to contact after sales but they will never pick up your call.N.C.F is the most dodgy and complicated retail experience of furniture I ever had.I will recommend every one no to go to this store ever.
Bought a sofa and chair in August it was delivered in November it was delivered with a broken mechanism 5 months later and numerous phone call and promises they fitted a new part in April..I asked for compensation they said they didn't do that not company policy but would give me the delivery charge back.So if you want a suite I could not recommended this company as their costomer service diabolical the only reason I got any action from them was when I told them I been in touch with the trading standards and that I didn't want the suite and to come and take it back ....they repaired it in2 weeks .So if you are thinking of buying from this company you could sorry.Not worth 1 star garbage.
Visited Derby Store. Allowed to browse with no hassle from salespeople. Order taken by Julie, excellent product knowledge, very efficient. Bed arrived seven days later as promised. Assembled upstairs, all packaging cleared. Delivery men were brilliant. Ref RW-5464 / Julie
