Staff were really helpful, got what I wanted at the right price.
When I first visited this store I felt it was just an ordinary bed store-nothing outstanding and rated it 3 stars. However after returning to the store I found it to be a better shopping experience altogether. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and able to give advice on a range of beds whist giving you time to browse without trying to pressurise you into making a purchase. There is a machine in the store that measures you up and suggests several suitable mattresses for you to try. Bed chosen we had a drink of delicious hot chocolate whilst placing our order. The customer service we received was excellent. Thanks to Stuart and Joanne. We now look forward to our new bed being delivered.
