Very, very poor customer service from this store. I called regarding a particular range of chairs I was interested in and was assured that four examples were in stock and able to be viewed. After a very long drive I got to the store only to find that this was wrong and none of the range were available. Totally incompetent, avoid at all costs.
Very friendly staff and not pushy
Shops was closed when i arrived there to drop off a parcel for Parcel i couriers ... staff were very quick to open up the doors & sign for the parcel ... inside was pretty big and spacious with a warm relaxing atmosphere ... im sure shoppers will have a good shopping experience once opened again
The shop is full of lovely items. Great to browse with knowledgeable staff. Bought a sofa which was delivered on time and unpacked very carefully by the delivery drivers.
The ground floor is impressive and staff are attentive. Other floors look forgotten and sadly so are any customers who go up there. This could be a good shop but it's more expensive for the same products found cheaper in other stores. But overall it's worth a trip in. You may find a hidden gem
