Crooks pure and simple. Lied to and owed several thousand. Would never work for these con men again!
Basic wage and have to fight to receive incorrect payment, no care regard staff only themselves.Nightmare, company avoid like the plague, Never received my full holiday pay. if fact cleaning toilets, would be more rewarding then, any contact their would offer you.

I recently registered with them after refusing to work for them a couple of years ago due to not getting payed correctly. The main thing to be aware of if you are a contractor is that they flip the whole process of invoicing on its head. They have to makeup the invoice (crazy yes) they then charge you 2.5%(minimum of 7.50) for them doing this (ridiculous). So if you work as a contractor/limited company for Smart Recruitment make sure the rate they pay is at least 2.5% more then what you usually get to cover the cost of the invoice that they insist on producing.
