If only i could give it no stars i swear they have the rudest staff on call ever no respect at all. Very very rarely theres someone nice. The repairing team on call just nooooo!. What kinda people is derby home employing. I just got off the phone to discuss what they suggested after coming to look at our cooker as we thought theres a fault and the person was so rude it was unbelievable i am disgusted by the staffs that are on call.

House was a bit of a state when moved in but the rent is cheap so can't complain.
