Horrendous treatment of people with disabilities. Requesting same form fill in 6 times denying receipt of 'recorded deliveries , personal hand ins ,post and faxing not forgetting online .A corrupt system set up to punish the public for being in need of support . The system set up to find money from any means possible for the councils private projects . you can't win with liers. The housing obudsman let the council have free reign. No support at all . This is some of the reasons why people take their own life . We need a big clean up
Dropped a cigarette today. I usually put it in the bin and just auto piloted and threw it on the floor. Silly of me. Was then followed into a shop by 2 officers who waited for me to pull my card out to pay, to then ask me for my card for ID got me with a fine, never ever had a warning, wouldn't even let me go and pick my cigarette up even though they are supposed to give me the option where possible. I watched them walk out and not pick it up so i still picked it up. Absolute scam. Only lived here 1 week, never met such a sad pathetic pair of unhelpful officers. Avoiding this council at all costs from now on. Extremely unhelpful and intimidating making me feel extremely anxious and worst of all after not giving me the chance to pick it up, walked straight past the cigarette. Disgraceful.

Would it be possible to clean the statue of Queen Victoria, in the grounds of the DRI?....There is also some foliage growing around her, and in time it will completely envelope her...Could that be sorted out too?..Many Thanks.
I'm talking specifically about the Job Centre and their staff as I know the Council House provides a variety of services. In regards to the Job Centre, absolutely dreadful service. Patronising, aggressive staff. The security eyeing you up and down makes you feel as though you've stepped into a police state. When going to sign on I was, essentially, forgotten about which caused me to be 50 minutes late to my appointment and yet still it was somehow my fault. Genuinely would avoid it if you can.
