What a rigmarole. I don't often need to visit the doctors, but this place is appalling to contact. After hearing how the receptionist will pre-screen you in a pre-recorded message you are then told your call cannot be connected and then you have to start all over again. Get a queuing system that can cater for your demand. What a joke.
Horrible place. Please avoid this careless place. Weeks later we are waiting to be seen by a doctor. Every time we call for an appointment all we get told is they are fully booked for the next 2 to 3 weeks.
This is ideal for providing care in the community. Pre-booked appointment needed.
The lady on reseption was so horrible got me upset she's only works behind the desk she's not a doctor I wish I new how to report her
