Excellent ! Activated private / work health insurance to get the operation sooner for blocked infected sinuses as couldn't carry on just popping very strong antibiotics that were making me feel ill and bloated.Took 24hrs to arrange, then Monday seeing Consultant, Tues for pre-op and was in for my operation 7am Weds ! Fantastic care - but then it is Royal Derby (treated and destroyed my throat cancer WITHOUT SURGERY in 2013).Private room, visitors allowed 24/7, but was discharged 7hrs after my operation so well pleased !! For us it's the brilliant Royal Derby every time - no brainer - the whole staff, setup, facilities there means the best treatment !!Thanks again Royal Derby !
