Giving it 1 star because I couldnt give no stars. Absolutely shocking excuse for a doctors. First of all, I had to wait 21 days to see a doctor after trying to get an appointment. The only available appointment after a 3 week wait was for 11:20. Not ideal for someone who works full time. Otherwise I would have had to wait a further 2 weeks and travel to Melbourne (also not ideal as I live in Chellaston). Unfortunately on this occasion I was 3 minutes late to my appointment due to roadworks everywhere In Derby. Tried to use the check in machine which didnt work because I was slightly late. I had to kindly push to the front of the queue of a number of people because waiting was making me even later. I was greeted by the most rude receptionist I have ever come across. Its because youre late, so youll have to wait longer now as people are here before you she said. Although my last appointment with the doctor, I was seen 20 minutes after my appointment time. But thats not a problem for them to be running late!As it happens, the doctors eventually saw was really good. Shame about the service beforehand.
This surgery is a complete joke ! Phone up at 8am then someone answers at 9.10am and says were full :( if your on benefits its fime, but if you work full time this system does not work at all ! Talk about discrimination

Awful service I've never come across such rude receptionists, not willing to help and couldn't care less if you can get appointment or not. (chellaston) you never see the same doctor. Trying to get an appointment its like getting blood out of stone, this doctors surgery is absolutely outrageous!! I wouldn't recommend to anybody!
It's ok. People are nice bit of waiting time if doctors are late
