Liar and unprofessional, Ive been told 3 hours free parking for the gym members which not true and i got 4 parking fines because for their lies. I Didnt get any help from the gym staffs and their very unprofessional manager LIAM .
Spacious, plenty of equipment, could do with either more rooms or another floor. Or both, there's enough room in the building for 'something' (!)
The gym is very clean and well kept. However,for an inner city gym there isn't enough of the right equipment I think the space could be utilised more effectively.The gym seems to be focussed on fad gym goers as opposed to the people who are at the gym all year round.Lots of cardio stuff (perhaps too much)Not much space for stretching.There isn't enough free weight equipment. Dumbbells only go up to 38 kg. There needs to be more racks in general for an inner city gym. People are always waiting to us the bench press or squat rack. There is also a Smith machine but I personally think this is a waste of time.Everyone is always scrambling for 10s and 5s (kgs)
Good basic gym! Clean. Good shower/locker room.
Good 24/7 cheap gym with free parking and no contract.3 stars though because there's not enough equipment to meet the demands of everyone during busy hours. We need another squat rack.Also, please don't put the heating on right above the power rack. I get that it's winter, but after 10 mins of working out I'm almost about to feint from the heat it's blowing into my face.
