Great facilities, friendly staff and just the right amount of busy. I completed the two week trial there and really enjoyed it, unfortunately the massive downside to all this is the price. Like the very friendly manager explained the most viable and popular package is around 111. If I was to price this experience I think 55-70 is fair. 111 is affordable for myself but I can't stomach the cost of something I don't believe it's worth. Having lived in America, health clubs were expensive BUT they matched the pricing with an equally impressive service and experience, the facilities were huge and once you had membership everything else was relatively cheap. Derby's facility is good and the staff 10/10 it's just way over priced to win my business, which is huge shame, hopefully upper management come to some sense and realize this. Otherwise if the price doesn't bother you then it's a great place to join.

omg. Busiest place on earth on a Saturday morning. Went for a gym induction, never even got to see anyone. Had to queue just to get a parking space...
Have used gym many times. Never had a problem. Does get busy but that's never been a problem for David Lioyd's.Would recommend to others as one of the best Gyms in Derby. Ample car park.
