On the day very helpful . Looked at the flowers today at the funeral and the roses were dead and all the flowers looked very old. Not down to how they were kept at the funeral directors as the rest were fine never again. And I will be making a visit for a refund

I have ordered funeral flowers today and as always got a very helpful florist to take my order. In my past experience the flowers were beautifully arranged and I was delighted, hence I have re-ordered today I highly recommend this florist.
The lady who I always dealt with absolutely amazing and really helpful. She knows how to speak with customers but also very good at arranging flowers. The delivery driver has a very bad attitude with no customer service skills at all, might have woke up on the wrong side of the bed but gives him no excuse to provide a rubbish service. Best of all I found out he is actually part of the family who own the florist. What a disgrace so I guess I will be changing supplier.
