Absolutely disappointed in the service I received this week by a lady that didnt no how to do things also the flowers were a mess my daughter could of done better job also the shop was closed early than stated online as I tried ringing several times this isnt a way of running a business avoid !
Real rip off. Owner quoted 1 per large letter to fill balloon with helium when I called. Upon arrival, one letter (out of 4 spelling baby) was filled, then I was very conveniently told itll actually be 5 per balloon. Avoid at all costs- will not be returning.

Paid 30 pound for a bouquet of flowers to an unwell friend. Not very impressed with the quality of the flowers or the size of the bouquet for 30 when I went to visit my friend on the day they were delivered.
