Beautiful flowers, exceptional service, same day delivery, made my mum cry on her anniversary after my dad recently passed away but good tears at being made to feel so special and remembered as flowers were so fresh and beautifully arranged.
Seriously, the owner of this florists really went out of her way to ensure that even though there are a couple of alterations necessary to ensure that the bouquet I ordered for my friend got to him given the extreme time constraints and very difficult situation we were going through. I genuinely recommend anyone in Derby trying Michelle at this florists because she really did deliver on both the customer service and on the quality of the flowers and the presentation.
