This place is a joke. Bought some trainers online and when I took them home and unpacked them they had a stain on them. When I tried to take them back, the assistant said it was a grass stain, meaning that they had been worn! Then the senior assistant said the same thing! Disgusting staff.
Ok place to go to get cheap clothing. For better quality, maybe go elsewhere.
Small shop, they don't have much choice and it's all just clothes. The one on the high street is much better
Worst store ever. Bought two pairs of trainers one pair for me another for my 2 year old son. Total came to just under 70. They showed me the new pair from the back I was happy said they will put them behind the till. When I got home one show in each box was filthy one show had no insole the White tongue was filthy. Under the shoes showed heavy wear. The show attendant had swapped one show with another with the display shoes. When I took them back they refused to refund me and would only offer a credit note for their error. The manager at this store lies and has a huge attitude. Stores need to realise they are only as good as their loyal customers, I will never shop with any sports direct again.
I ask to get a pair of shoes that was on display but a different size and they don't have it in stock anymore. At all! They have only one pair! The one that is displayed. How can this happen ?
