Very good bike shop. Loads of bikes to chose from. Mostly Taiwanese aluminium framed bikes with American or Taiwanese names on them. Helpful staff and fruendly. Not a place to buy specialist bicycle equipment, handmade steel frames or touring equipment such as Carradice saddlebags or panniers though. Probably the best bike shop left in Derby.
Needed bike serviced, parts replaced and done efficiently, needed another part after a couple of rides, took back and they sorted quickly with no quibble and kept me informed all the way. Staff polite, helpful and knowledgeble. Great shop.
Never been in but always go local and independent when it comes to bike shops. Service will always be more personal than that of chain shops. Support local always!
I needed a particular bolt for my brakes, The guys at the shop had one, and at quarter the price on-line RESULT ! Staff friendly and helpful. A real gem of a bike shop too. I haven't been in for 8 years... and forgotten how big it is. Quite often your local bike shop is cheaper than on line!
