I recently bought a frameset from Moore Large and found the quality and customer service to be exceptional. I see a lot of 1 star reviews stating 'bike came without pedals,' but the majority of new bikes don't and I'm sure this would be stated in the product description! I can't fault my experience and with be returning again for sure.
Bike arrived without pedals, not much cop when my son needs it when he starts school Also has a white sticker claiming bike is BS6102-1 when assembled correctly. Without pedals that isn't possible, but as least you got the first letters right. It's definitely conforms to BS! Avoid at all costs, also looks like this isn't the first time it's happened
Purchased 3 bikes which all came broken and would not refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM MOORE CRAPPY LARGE

Ordered a bike via Argos in July, it came without pedals. I've been chasing Argos and Moore Large for weeks and still no pedals. I've now given up and asked for the bike to be collected and money returned... twice now the courier hasn't turned up and this time marked me as "not at home"... I'm so angry that I'm out of pocket for 170 and I have a bike I can't ride and not even had an apology and today I was called by one of your staff members to tell me the above and now you've gone home!? Shocking customer service!!
