Got my electric bike here, brilliant customer service, and loving the bike!
Item ordered online but wrong colour sent. Had to pay to send them back to get correct colour. Waited another 4 working days after they had received them and then had to call to chase my order. Was told they were out of stock and I would be refunded that day for the cost of the item and postage. Called again 2 days later to ask where my refund was. Was told it had been done but not done for the postage. That was done and I eventually got both my refunds back today. Hmmmm is that a coincidence?? Also had to tell them to update their website yesterday to show item out of stock as they were still showing itemin stock.Communication from CycloMonster was none existent and I had to do all the chasing. Not good in any way shape or form.....must do better!!!
Just had my Trek back from a drive train clean and service. Now rides like a dream ans ill not leave it so long between services.1st time customer and I'll be back. Simon
