Terrible staff, tried to send me to Natwest even tho i bank with rbs! Defied belief
Polite staff but not helpful.
I've been banking here since 2001 and it's a good bank and have no problems in terms of my money being saved there. However, I find it shocking that this branch never answers the phone! I tried countless times to call you and all it did was ring out. I find that appalling customer service when you don't answer the phone to your own customers. Sort this out RBS!!!
I went to bank today to put my money in at 4.15pm. To my dismay I learnt transactions ended at 3.30pm. Therefore I know I will have bank charges. But what upset me was your bank staff. I could not see her name badge but she had very long blond possibly extensions and tattoos on her left arm. I am hard of hearing with a slight speech impediment. I was talking to her about maybe finding another bank with later transaction times and she agreed! Then I ask her if she heard what I said and she said no. It was obvious she was ignoring me. I recommend she attend a deaf awareness session so she can learn how to treat deaf people with respect and not to pretend to listen. I have been a customer for at least 15 years mostly in Nottingham and never encountered such insolence. I hope she improves her customer service next time I am at your branch.
Never answer the phone and was told I couldn't be helped as the computer systems were too slow. Rang up and told to go into store again as what I needed help with couldn't be done over the phone. Then received a phone call to say I didn't need to go into the branch and I could do this over the phone.
