Always seems to have a queue for the desk. The self service machines are ok if in a rush, but prefer to go to the desk.
The staff are unhelpful and very unorganised they have no clue how to talk to people.but it is steadily changing
The staff have always been happy to help. but there always seems to be a queue and the internet banking pc are never working.
The staff are great and customer service is great. However the issue is that there is not enough staff and so you have to wait for ages to actually get served by a cashier. I prefer to use the banking facilities online to avoid having to go into the branch.
APPALLING!!!! Derby Branch closed and the nearest facility on offer is Long Eaton or Burton....a long way to walk! As usual no consideration for customers whatsoever.The Halifax is getting worse........they think they are too big to have to bother!THE HALIFAX - THE BANK THAT LIKES TO SAY "TOUGH, YOU CAN'T"
