Every time you go in two people are at the counter every time it's a 25/30+ minutes wait in the queue it's a joke, never get more staff on the counter even if the queue is getting near the entrance instead they have staff available to ask people in the queue questions , avoid this joke of of branch
Since the installation of the "self service" machines they only have two people on the cashiers desks, which means there is always a queue. Was waiting for 20 minutes on Saturday and gave up because I had somewhere to go. Gave feedback to one of the staff who said "we always just have two cashiers". Considering changing bank to somewhere I can actually get served within a reasonable amount of time - 20 minutes is far too long.
This place stresses me out. Always a long wait to get to the counter. Dont use this branch if youre in a rush
I am quite satisfied with the bank I have two accounts one is a credit account which I am advised to query if there is any PPI due on it and owed to me
Always welcomed by someone on the door which is good (probably trying to keep the Raving lunatics outside... Outside!) often a wait to be seen (even with appointment!) but staff always friendly and helpful :)
