The vets are really friendly to us and to your cat/dog
Very sad to say that my recent to visit to Scarsdale vets in Allestree was a very disappointing and frustrating one.The lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful but the vet herself seemed more interested in selling me add-ons like their VIP pack, expensive retail products etcetera rather than taking an interest in either my pet or me as it's owner. I know they've got a business to run as have all retailers but surely the focus should be, or should appear to be, on the customer and their pet rather than trying to squeeze as much money out of the customer in such a cynical and hard-nosed way.Sorry folks but please get your act together!
Vets are good but very expensive.
