Very unprofessional receptionist. We paid the full 86 plus a 20 donation to get our dog neutered.. She then persisted to nag us how important it is to get there for half 8 in the morning to drop him off. We were there bang on half 8, she asked us for another donation when we dropped him off! We declined saying we already paid plus took in a bag of towels and cat litter. Then we get a phone call at 6pm saying they didn't get time to do him we must pick him up immediately and have to re booked him in next week. Fuming doesn't even come close.
Amazing people, very friendly and welcoming, five star service, cannot fault them in any way, keep up the amazing work you do for our furry friends. This place couldn't run without donations from the public, so if you are considering donating to a charity please consider this one.
I have often taken my cats here and I absolutely love how gentle they are with my very nervous boys. I am on a lower income but it is really reassuring to know that even though I don't have a huge income my animals will still be looked after and treated the best they can be. Would highly recommend to anyone.
The PDSA in derby is the best place to visit with sick pets. They are caring and helpful, all they ask for in return is a donation. They treat animals with kindness and devotion thank you to all the staff at the PDSA animal hospital.
Really friendly. Good opening times and a walk in service. Great value for money. Made us feel at ease, checked over our cat and was very calm and gentle. Explain the problem and solutions clearly. Did a breakdown of the cost, which was not as expensive as I first thought it would be. Extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.
