Good equine practice and not too expensive if you make use of the zone visits and yard visits. They hold talks on different aspects of horse care and have a shop containing grooming items, supplements etc. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
I've been with this veterinary since I bought my pony back in 2012 so approximatel 5 years so I can certainly say that I've had plenty of experiance with them. I for one wouldn't highly rate them as their attitude over the phone is not very good, I got huffed at when trying to work out wthether taking their so-called Healthy Horse Club membership is worth it or not and to me that's very unprofessional. They've also argued with me in the past about whether or not they were willing to do a dental on my pony due to circumstances though most people don't have the facilities so to me there's very little choice if all you have is a field to work with! I'm paying for a service they fail to provide and of course they don't refund or give a discount on their membership just because you've not recieved a service on that regard.
The Shop Not much to choose from.
My horse has had superb care with included a week admitted to the hospital. The vet involved in my horses care spoke to me every day and i was more than welcome to visit when i could. The bill was rather less than i had anticipated too!!!
I have to choose one star or it won't let me post, but they don't deserve even that. Absolutely desgusted by the shameful adding of costs to my bill. No discussion, no explanation. Practice manager unavailable to speak with me, shows no interest in my concerns of complaint. All they care about us making money. I have moved and will never use these vets again. 180 may be pittance to them but it's a significant amount of money to me. Be warned.
