Good shop good prices 5 minimum on card but many shops nearby don't even take card

This shop has a really bad atmosphere which is created by the staff and the unclean environment.The shop itself is extremely small and cramped and is in urgent need of a deep clean.The staff at the shop are always stone faced and rude, they don't seem to have any knowledge about customer service and don't seem to want to even be there. The 3-4 times I have been there, I have been given the incorrect change. Suffice it to say I will not be visiting this so-called shop again and would advise no one else to either.
