Disgusting shop,disgusting customer service,disgusting attitude,disgusting treatment if your not Asian.Only use this place if you want to be treated really badly by really horrible people who are blatantly racist and don't care about you or your parcels...absolutely awful.I would rather deliver my parcels myself with broken legs than let these idiots do it...go to the post office in town,it's loads better!!!
Terrible staff. If lady is in a good mood she serves you good, if not she became very rude. Gent is just terrible. Always he let me waiting and serve someone else. I have never been served nicely by him. Trying to avoid this place and use post office in city centre, but unfortunately sometimes I have to take my parcels there
Where do I start? It's always like as if something has died whenever you enter. I walked in today as I needed to collect an item I had ordered online. Assuming that the two people who work in this place are familiar with click and collect deliveries, I really expected it to be a VERY quick and straight-forward process. I got to the counter and was stared at in a very strange, unwelcoming and miserable manner by the lady who works behind it. She sighs at me and asks "what do you want?" I had to repeat myself almost 5 times that the parcel was from a company called "Bershka" and that it should be branded ON the packaging itself. It takes her a moment to find it and she then has the nerve to sigh loudly at me AGAIN before she asks for my ID. I hand her my debit card and rather than giving it back to ME, she flicks it at me very rudely and at this point I was extremely close to snapping at her. Thankfully, I was raised properly and know better. I could have embarrassed this woman quite badly but I chose not to. Unsatisfactory service as always. At first I would put it down to them feeling a little under the weather but now it's blatant that this is just their behaviour in general. It's quite obvious that these people are unhappy and do not enjoy their job in the slightest. Why work in customer service when you lack basic manners? Keep your personal issues at home and at least TRY to act nice? Nobody deserves to be treated with such ignorance. I think it's time I looked elsewhere for my postal services. Littleover Post Office is only a 5 minute drive and the staff are FAR more pleasant when it comes to customer care and communication in general.
I had 4 small parcels to post and the lady who was serving was very calm, kind and polite. She took her time to weigh each item and then took payment and gave me a reciept. Great service.
Amazing service each time I visit this post office. Staff are so friendly.
