Never going to use this post office again, the guy is so rude I do not ever expect to be spoken to in the way he has. He gave me the wrong imformation and change and refused to expect that he was wrong (which he did in the end after 15 minutes of me arguing.) He is a disgrace and the ladies dont help standing up for someone who is wrong just shows you all up. Would not recommend this post office. Also it does not hurt to crack a smile
Very rude staff, 2 times he misguided me about past port forms
The man behind the counter is so rude, I was charged for a small parcel like 3 times when each item was in a small envelope! Other people who work here at least get the pricing right! He's such a con artist! Also spoken to me Very rudely as well, asked me something and said 'i only want to know how many parcels altogether, that's all I want to know' well sorry for trying to be friendly! Next time I don't bother as I won't use your service ever again! I'll stick to Myhermes
Simply awful, something needs to be done the man is ignorant, rude and in a nut shell doesn't know what he is doing. With the exception of 1 lady who always tries to assist the rest are a waste of space...how is this branch still open!!
The man and one of the women are very rude and unprofessional. To top it off not very good at their jobs, the man talks a good job but in fact is very poor in every aspect. This has been the last of many occasions I will no longer use this branch. " I expect nothing from this branch, yet I am always disappointed"I live in the area, however going forward will be using cavendish, who are polite, efficient and helpful.
