They have no customer service skills, arrogant & if you want a return on your investment with debt recovery you have to say at the beginning of the contract as otherwise they wont know- they said this to me!!! I wouldnt use them again if they were the only law firm in the world!
Mr Ward of Smith Partnership stated, in writing, to a relative that high court enforcement disbursements in his case would be limited to 75.00. My relative took Mr Ward at his word. Mr Ward then sued the relative for over 600 of high court enforcement disbursements. Not only did he make the error he then expected that his client pay for the mistake.
