Fantastic service throughout. I was kept up to date throughout the whole purchase process. It was a big help especially with it being my first home and previous solicitors messing me around. Jo who looked after my purchase was a true professional and was available with her team at any time to help me. The process was smooth throughout and fees more than acceptable. Highly recommend and would use again in the future.
The sale of my property was dealt with by Mrs Pangulia and I cannot praise her highly enough. She was professional, efficient and friendly and always did what she said she was going to do. She kept me fully informed and always called me back if I could not get her straight away. Calls to the office were answered quickly and reception staff were very polite and efficient. Having bought and sold several houses over the last few years and also having dealt with a number of family wills, I can honestly say that this is the best 'solicitor' experience to date and I will certainly use them again.
Worst you can imagine. Not responsive, three weeks after we found the buyer... all we have is: misspellings, wrong property address, wrong price, wrong titles, ect. Absolutely nothing got done yet. On top of that, price for the service went up from 620 to 920 without even explaining why. I am looking for new solicitors. Seriously people don't bother. I have never cane in to contact with so unprofessional people.
