Popped in to look at fishing barrows, there was only 1 out but we then received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, Stuart, the manager and an older gentleman( sorry didnt get his name) unboxed 2 barrows and set them up for us to see, all the time talking about fishing, and recommending various products and venues, we purchased our barrow, as did another customer who joined in, we had a laugh, we learned a few things, a very enjoyable shopping trip, well done to the staff in this store, we are always quick to moan, but they deserve some praise , well done
Excellent customer service. Matt on the cycle section, replaced my inner tube, gave me hints and tips, I am in my 40"s and still left the store more educated about my bike and I will definitely go again. I found the rest of the staff very friendly and helpful too.
Plenty of options and seems fair quality. HOWEVER. be aware that the price on the label is NOT the amount you will pay unless you buy a discount card. I thought that this was illegal. Left goods at checkout and will not be going back.
