Hi. Excel has always been a company not to let you down. Unfortunately the vehicle I collected this morning was not the usual standard I have enjoyed in the past. The previous hirer clearly thinks you can hand the vehicle back in any condition without thought of the water and muck swilling around in the back. This is not a complaint more a criticism of the previous hirer who just doesn't care. It is now clean and dried out ready for my 2500 fabric settee for transporting to Oxford.
Very polite and helpful staff with a good fleet or cars/vans. Having hired several vehicles of these guys I can safely reccomend them to anyone looking to rent a car or van. Special thanks to Steven and Mark
