Was very unlucky to have my car severely damaged by a hit and run driver on Christmas Day. The staff were wonderful. I was picked up, taken to the centre to do the legal stuff. Quick, very helpful and kind, and the car was just what I needed. Very professional. Would definitely use again. Took a lot of stress away.

Simple, didn't even have to step through the front door before I was greeted by a staff member. Spent maximum 2 minutes inside before offered a choice of vehicles. Picked, signed and driven off within 10 minutes of arrival. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very similar experience on return. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended. Not open long enough on weekends though! Only reason for 4 stars
All I did was drop a car back here early one Friday morning, but they did very kindly let me drop it off before they actually opened. Friendly and courteous, as I've always found with Enterprise everywhere.
