Well functioning station. Clear signposts and in my experience helpful staff
Busy station with trains to a number of locations including London, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham, South Coast and South Wales. A few retail outlets selling hot and cold drinks, cakes and Sandwiches ,papers, books etc.
a good interchange station and a nice station since upgrade works with the costas only downside is the distance to city center otherwise a good station,
Clean, modern and user friendly station. Clear and plentiful display boards, nice cafe and waiting rooms, overall pleasant and efficient station.
Amazing customer service during the signal works. Loads of super helpful staff. Bottles of water and snacks due to disruption. Very organized support. Thanks team!
